English & Activities for Under 18s

We have a programme of English and Activities, just for younger students between 14 and 17 years old. We run three programmes a year. The first is in January, the second in April, and the third in July. Students can study extra weeks of General English before and after their Activities course, or do any number of Activity weeks within the course dates.

The programme has English lessons every morning from 9am to 12 noon. The students join in classes with other international students from the General English programme. In the afternoons they take part in an Activity Programme. The excursions may commence at 1pm or 3pm. If the excursion starts at 3pm, the students study English class from 1pm to 3pm. Additional excursions at the weekend will cost extra (eg whitewater rafting, day trip to Taupo, bushwalk, Farmers' Market etc).

Accommodation

Students stay in homestay accommodation. They will have a room of their own and will be able to take part in normal family life and activities with the homestay. The homestay will pick the student up from Napier airport or bus station free of charge. Transfers between Auckland international airport terminal and the domestic terminal for the flights to and from Napier can be arranged.
