We want students to reach their study goal through hard work, fun and adventure in a new and exciting place. It is our aim to support them all while they are so far from home and make sure they are happy.
We pride ourselves on the caring atmosphere at New Horizon, which is so popular with our students.

Our teaching is based on modern communicative methods of learning English and our qualified and experienced teachers encourage all the students to be actively involved in the class activities.

New Horizon College of English has:
English classes for all levels from beginner to advanced, plus examination courses: IELTS, FCE, CAE, TOEIC, BEC.		A multi-national environment with students from Asia, Europe and South America.

New Horizon College of English was opened in 1988 for students who enjoy living in a small city beside the beautiful Pacific Ocean. Napier provides that special opportunity.

We are a member of English New Zealand, a group of 26 quality English language schools throughout New Zealand.

Our courses are registered and accredited by NZQA. We have received the maximum 3 year audit cycle for our courses.

We are a Signatory to the Ministry of Education Code of Practice for the recruitment, welfare and pastoral care of International Students.

We are an Authorised TOEIC Test Centre.
